Hi everyone,
Just made the switch to Mac on the weekend, and everything is running smoothly on my new SR Macbook so far. The only thing I'm having trouble with is getting the right printer driver set up.
I got the Canon MX310 with the rebate that came with my macbook, and it's connected to a PC running Windows XP. I have everything shared properly, and I installed the printer driver (onto my Macbook as well) that came on the CD with the printer. The problem I'm having is that I can't figure out where this printer driver is saved to on my Macbook!
I tried looking at all those drivers that come preinstalled on Leopard, but the MX310 is not one of them, and it doesn't seem that my newly installed driver shows up on that list.
I just can't find it, so I have selected the Generic Postscript Printer driver. Could someone please help me set this up so that I am using the correct driver for my printer?
Many thanks!!

Aug 04, 2017 Hi, I'm having problems getting my Canon PIXMA MX310 to work on iMac Mac OS Sierra, for both Printer & Scanner. I tried downloading the ICA Driver v.4.0.0 (Mac) that was available through the link you provided for Canon PIXMA350. The driver installs successfully but I'm not able to scan.
